We will send you an invoice with costs associated with your event and request that you send a $50 deposit to reserve your requested time and date.

(Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your event.)

We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your deposit.  We will re-confirm the details of your event at least 3 days prior to your event. 

We arrive at your location approximately 15 minutes early to prepare the Barn for your guests. 

We park the Barn on your street in front of your house if it is a private event.  The street must be relatively level for the comfort of the animals and safety of your guests.  You will need to keep 100 feet of curbside space clear (about 30 adult paces).

We ask for the balance of the amount due when we arrive (cash only please).
