This is the Farm Animal Learning Center where we teach children about farming and agriculture! When we first enter the barn, the children go to the back right corner and sit on the benches for a short lesson. Then, we bring an animal from one of the four stalls over to them for interaction. The children may also get assigned "barn chores" in which they help in caring for the animals.

The center is a newly constructed building as of 2015. Knowing the building was originally constructed in 1810 upon purchasing, we decided to tear down the entire structure and start fresh.  What used to be a three car garage is now a beautiful post and beam barn. In the center itself, we have an open floor plan consisting of three classrooms. We have given the center the "farm look" with it's apple red color and three post fence that surrounds the backyard play area.

Pictured below is our upstairs classroom. This room has a six child capacity.

Pictured below is the "Front Room" - the room you walk into upon entering the facility. This room turns into the school age room for summer camp.
